North One Horse Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Square Dance Center and Campground is a magnificent local campground, and after a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Missoula/Brooks Street is a good spot to spend a night or two. Lolo-Days Inn Missoula South/Blue Mountain is a great spot to get some rest; do take a hike on the Carlton Lake Trail. This       lake is one of the great places here in the Bitterroot Range. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Bitterroot Range. There's whitewater on Kootenai Creek for all you adrenaline people, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Sweeney Ridge Trail. Hiking is a popular thing to do around North One Horse Lake; Mill Creek Trail is a great local trail, and you can run the rapids of Mill Creek. What a site this is for outdoors people.
