You just can't envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the Absaroka Range has to offer. A good spot close to Mouse Lake is Columbine Pass, and Pinnacle Mountain is clearly visible from Mouse Lake. Having a brilliant time in the Absaroka Range is uncomplicated. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Republic Trail. All the       outdoors amusing things in close proximity to Mouse Lake will keep you coming back persistently. If you need a location to stay Super 8 Big Timber is a perfect choice, and why not camp at Hicks Park Campground if you're here at Mouse Lake. If you came for an overnight stay Hells Canyon Campground is a tremendous location to camp; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Boulder River. Throughout the months of summer highs                  here at Mouse Lake get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's; during the dark hours in the winter at Mouse Lake temperatures plunge to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Favonius Lake is a great lake in the neighborhood of Mouse Lake, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Mouse Lake; Thunderer Cutoff Trail is a delightful local trail. Lakes are such calm places, why not go to Pentad Lake right next door to Mouse Lake, and do take a hike on the Buffalo Plateau Trail.
