Going for a hike on the Boulder Lakes Trail is always a perfect adventure, and magnificent water scenery is available at Mountain Ben Dam close to Mountain Ben Lake. There are pleasant places to explore along the Long Canyon Trail. At Mountain Ben Lake all through the months of summer highs are in the 80's while overnight lows are frequently in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's while       Mountain Ben Lake nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. A wonderful spot to camp here at Mountain Ben Lake is Racetrack Campground, and Alpine Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at.
