The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's; night lows in the 10's for Moore Lake. Moore Lake is a good place of normal rain; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow, and the driest month is July. This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous location to camp here at Moore Lake is St Regis KOA; Moore Lake is not the only       spot nearby, Cliff Lake is a nearby lake. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Bitterroot Range. Black Peak is easy to spot from Moore Lake, and a glorious nearby hotel is Super 8 Motel - St. Regis. Paddling on St. Joe River is so much fun; a lake nearby is Lenora Lake. Moore Lake is a beautiful lake in the Bitterroot Range. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting things the area near Moore Lake has to offer. Don't leave                  Moore Lake without first going for a hike along the Storm Peak Trail.
