Moore Lake is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is one of the great places here in the Bitterroot Range. This place is excellent, just look at all the fun things to do close to Moore Lake. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Bitterroot Range. There's so much to do here at Moore Lake that you need to camp here for a while, St Regis KOA is a wonderful site for that; going for a hike on the Cedar Creek Stock Driveway is always a magnificent adventure.

| | Moore Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Cabin City Campground is a brilliant local campground, and Black Diamond Guest Cmp. & Rnch. is a wonderful place to get some rest. Go for a hike on the Storm Peak Trail, and St. Joe River has a glorious whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. One of the dominant characteristics of the surroundings of Moore Lake is Black Peak, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - St. | |

Summer at Moore Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's
to Moore Lake. Moore Lake is a good place of normal rainfall; throughout January this area sees the most snow, and the driest month is July.
