It is very dry here at Mirror Lake typically; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is February.

If you came for an overnight stay Hicks Park Campground is a perfect place to camp; hiking is a popular thing to do around Mirror Lake; Lodgepole Trail is a nice local trail. Man, is there heaps of entertaining things to do in the Absaroka Range. Camping is available at Hells Canyon Campground; there are other sites here than Mirror Lake, for example Burnt Gulch Lake.

bored here at Mirror Lake. Good hiking is available along the Poacher Trail. During the summer months, highs usually are in the 80's at Mirror Lake. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Mirror Lake.
