Go to Minnie Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Whitewater paddling is magnificent on Madison River; you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Moonlight Basin since you're here. This lake is so wonderful. There's great hiking along the Wapiti Creek Trail; on a wonderful day you acquire a good view of Boat Mountain from Minnie Lake. This lake is so wonderful. | | site to stop at, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort West Yellowstone Conference is a wonderful place to spend a night or two. At Minnie Lake through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's, and the overnight is fairly colder of course, ordinarily in the 40's.
