There's just no way someone can get bored here at Miller Lake. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Blackfoot River; Racetrack Campground is a splendid campground here. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Sky Motel is a good choice, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Boulder Lakes Trail. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Miller Lake. When the night sets in temperatures       drop down into the 40's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Miller Lake. Gordon Gulch is a nice place to explore close to Miller Lake, and a great nearby hotel is Budget Motel. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Blackfoot River - North Fork, and camping at Miller Lake is nice fun, Blackfoot Canyon Campground is a nice local campground. It is very                  waterless here at Miller Lake regularly; the wettest month of the year is typically June, that's the one that rains the most; February on the other hand is the driest. Here at Miller Lake you can catch a glimpse of South Chimney Peak, and getting to Elk Swamp Creek from Miller Lake is easy. This lake is so wonderful.
