Lake McDonald is always a pleasure to visit. There's so much to do here at Lake McDonald that you need to camp here for a while, Fish Creek Campground is a good place for that; Glacier National Park is a very splendid spot to visit. Through the warmest time of the year here at Lake McDonald, high temperatures commonly get into the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's while Lake McDonald

| | overnight low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 0's. At Lake McDonald you don’t see much rain; December is the wettest month with most snow, and April on the other hand is the driest.

do here in the Lewis Range. The Lincoln Lake Trail is a good hiking trail next to Lake McDonald, and not far from Lake McDonald you'll stumble on Rogers Lake which is a beautiful lake.

The Lewis Range rocks! You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lake McDonald has to offer, you can camp at Stanton Creek Lodge, and you can run the rapids of Flathead River - Middle Fork. This lake is so wonderful. Going
for a hike along the South Boundary Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and golf can be played at Glacier View Golf Club. A perfect close by hotel is Bad Rock B&B, and since you might be in a lake visiting
mood you can always visit close by Howe Lake.
Yeah, come here to Lake McDonald for a good time. If you need a place to stay Glacier Park Super 8 Motel is a good choice, and there's whitewater on Flathead River - Middle Fork for all you adrenaline people.
