Really brilliant skiing awaits you at Red Lodge Mountain; float down the rapids of Rosebud Creek - East in a kayak. There's so much to do here at Lake Mary that you need to camp here for a while, Bots Sots Campground is a brilliant location for that; splendid hiking is available along the Beauty Lake Trail. For the duration of the warmest time of the year highs here at       Lake Mary reach the 70's. Summer night lows drop down to the 30's. During the wintertime highs are generally in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Lake Mary. Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! The Absaroka Range is great! Do stop by Crow Lake in close proximity to Lake Mary, it's a wonderful lake, and locations like Quinnebaugh Meadows are great to have a look at. Any time is a splendid time at Lake Mary if you like the outdoors. You'll                  need more than a day to look at everything Lake Mary has to offer, you can camp at Jimmy Joe Campground, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Mary; Upper Granite Loop Trail is a tremendous local trail. Now, you may think that's a load but there's even more fun things to do here in the Absaroka Range. Go for a hike on the Beartooth Highlakes Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Rosebud Creek - West. From a rain point of view Lake Mary is a rather common place; the month with most of the rain is June while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Yodeler Motel is a magnificent location to get some rest.
