If you love the outdoors, you'll fancy Martin Lake. Martin Lake is a perfect spot to visit for more than one day, Lost Creek Campground is a perfect spot to camp nearby; Martin Lake is right by the Boulder Lakes Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The Crater is a wonderful place to stop by while in the area, and a pleasant journey to Dempsey Basin is       a magnificent way to spend an afternoon. Take a hike on the Long Canyon Trail, and it's a delightful idea to have a look at South Fork Rock Creek. Racetrack Campground is a great local campground, and if you get bored of Martin Lake you could also visit close by Upper Elliot Lake. This lake is so wonderful. The wonderful folks of Butte-Silver Bow like to hang out nearby; what would winter be without some skiing at Discovery Ski. Summer at Martin Lake                  comes with high temperatures in the 80's; the night is a bit chillier of course, ordinarily in the 40's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's, and night lows at Martin Lake through the winter regularly descend into the 10's. Baldy is striking and can be observed from Martin Lake, and a lake close by is Lower Elliot Lake.
