When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 40's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Lynn Reservoir temperatures plunge to the 0's. So many amusing things in the Lewis Range, just striking. This is a nice neighborhood for people who like lakes. Upsata Lake is a lake close at hand; while you're here you will meet lots of people       from nearby Missoula. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Lewis Range. There's so much to do here at Lynn Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Monture Creek Campground is a glorious location for that; Lynn Reservoir is right by the Dunham Trail. Take a side journey to Dry Cottonwood Creek, and hiking along the Dunham Lodgepole Trail is glorious fun. This lake is so wonderful. Lynn Reservoir is a location that is quite dehydrated                  ordinarily; throughout January this area sees the most snow, and July on the other hand is the driest. Lynn Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Lewis Range. This spot is excellent, just check out all the cool stuff to do near Lynn Reservoir. Have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Center Ridge Trail, and glide down the rapids of Blackfoot River in a kayak. Nearby lakes? Sure, Bandy Reservoir is next to Lynn Reservoir; if you come at the right time of year, Blackfoot River - North Fork offers some great whitewater. This lake is so wonderful.
