In Montana there are many beautiful lakes, Lupine Lake is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. There's glorious hiking along the Griffin Creek Trail. At Lupine Lake all through the summer months highs are in the 80's while night lows are typically in the 40's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are typically in the 20's; all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Lupine Lake temperatures dip to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. month of the year is February. Good hiking is available along the Lupine Lake Trail; you'll stumble on a gorgeous lake called Sylvia Lake. The Ashley Divide Trail offers hiking at its best, and why not stop by nearby Squaw Meadows
