Do stop by Lower Twin Lake while you're in this part of Montana. Lower Twin Lake is a beautiful lake in the Bitterroot Range. The yearly rain here at Lower Twin Lake is about average; through January this area sees the most snow; July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Bear Creek Pass is a splendid location to explore nearby, and soar down the rapids of Big Sand Creek in a kayak.

is always a perfect experience, and you can hit the slopes at Lost Trail in the vicinity. Just can't get enough of the Bitterroot Range. Lakes are great; Bailey Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Lower Twin Lake. For the
period of the warmest time of the year highs here at Lower Twin Lake get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's, and overnight lows at Lower Twin Lake through the winter commonly descend into the 10's.
