Camping at Copper Creek Campground is always a good experience, and Anaconda Range is pretty and can be made out from here. Through the summer months here at Lower Carpp Lake, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 80's, and the night is a tad chillier of course, usually in the 40's. Throughout                  the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Lower Carpp Lake. Good hiking is available along the Hi Line Trail; a glorious spot to camp here at Lower Carpp Lake is Spillway Campground.
