     Lower Arch Lake is a beautiful lake in the Absaroka Range. For the duration of the summertime at Lower Arch Lake highs are frequently in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 30's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and nighttime lows through the winter for Lower Arch Lake tend to be in the 0's. Any time is a great time at Lower Arch Lake if you like the outdoors. You get a great sight of Mount Hole-in-the-Wall from Lower  
   Arch Lake, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Lower Arch Lake; Lake Reno Trail is a great local trail.
From a rainfall point of view Lower Arch Lake is a reasonably normal location; throughout June this area sees the most rain while October is generally the driest month. Lower Arch Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Emerald Lake Campground is a good local campground; Arch Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore. This lake is so wonderful.
 
               A perfect place to camp here at Lower Arch Lake is East Rosebud Campground, and it's a pleasant idea to have a look at Granite Creek.
Yeah, come up here to the Absaroka Range for a fine time. There's great hiking along the Crazy Mountain Trail, and Phantom Glacier is something you shouldn't miss if you're here. Be careful coming to the Absaroka Range, you might not ever want to go home again. In the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rosebud Creek - West; why not take a refreshing hike along the Copeland Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Really brilliant skiing awaits you at Red Lodge Mountain.
Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Rosebud Creek - East; do explore Little Arch Lake, it's a delightful lake.
