Lost Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Lakes are splendid; Ulerys Lakes is a lake that's near Lost Lake. Lost Lake gets very little rain; June is the month that gets the most rain while January is ordinarily the driest month. Be careful coming to Lost Lake, you might not ever wanna return home again. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Gallatin River; hiking is a popular thing to do around Lost Lake; Cutoff Trail is a fine

| | local trail. Why not camp at Howlin' Mad Moon Resort while you're here at Lost Lake; magnificent hiking is available along the Lightning Creek Trail. Float down the rapids of Madison River in a kayak, and after a long day outdoors Arrowhead is a good place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Valley Garden Campground is a perfect location to camp; hey, Gotta ski right? Big Sky is a nice location to do that. Go for a hike on the Eldridge Trail, and Lost Lake is a site with
many visitors from Bozeman. South Fork Jack Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth visiting, and wonderful scenery and tremendous skiing is what you get at Moonlight Basin. For the period of the long summer days
highs here at Lost Lake reach the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Lost Lake.
