    The beauty of Lost Lake is reason enough to stop by. During the summer months highs here at Lost Lake reach the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Lost Lake sink into the 10's. The yearly rainfall here at Lost Lake is about average; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow while April  
   is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Having a glorious time in the Lewis Range is easy. Go for a hike on the Many Falls Trail, and some nearby water includes Baring Creek.
Now, you may believe that's plenty but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Lost Lake. If you came for an overnight stay Many Glacier Campground is a perfect place to camp, and Glacier National Park is a tremendous local destination. This lake is located in the
 
               wonderful Lewis Range. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Lost Lake without first going for a hike along the Siyeh Pass Trail.
But wait, there's more amusing things to do in the Lewis Range. Taking a little visit to close by Going-to-the-Sun Point is a fine idea, and if you come at the right time of year, Flathead River - Middle Fork offers some great whitewater. Baring Falls is an inspiring place to stop at while you're here, and you get a glorious panorama of Goat Mountain from here. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Rising Sun Campground; of course, A journey to Sunrift Gorge is always fun.
Going for a hike on the Water Ouzel Trail is always a nice adventure, and do take a look at Goat Lake, it's a striking lake.
