     Lost Lake is a nice lake to visit. An average amount of rain falls at Lost Lake; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most snow while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Sunrift Gorge is near Lost Lake and is certainly a magnificent spot to take a look at. At Lost Lake through the days of summer highs are in the 70's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 40's. The wintertime comes with  
   highs in the 20's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Lost Lake.
Man, is there heaps of amusing things to do in the Lewis Range. Lost Lake is right by the Siyeh Pass Trail; a good place for whitewater paddling is Flathead River - Middle Fork. Now, you may feel that's a load but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Lost Lake. A trip to Glacier National Park is worthwhile, and Lost Lake is not the only place close by, Otokomi Lake is a close by lake.
 
               Lost Lake is located in the Lewis Range.
The Water Ouzel Trail offers hiking at its best; Many Glacier Campground is a delightful campground nearby. You completely ought to love the Lewis Range. A short visit to Baring Falls is always worthwhile, and Goat Mountain is a peak you can see from Lost Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Baring Creek flows through this vicinity, and Rising Sun Campground is a glorious local campground.
Do schedule some time to stop at Going-to-the-Sun Point right next door to Lost Lake if you have a chance, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Many Falls Trail.
