     Montana has many beautiful lakes and Lost Lake is one of them. If you came for an overnight stay Smith Camp is a brilliant spot to camp; Baldy Mountain is clearly visible from Lost Lake. Lots of folks from Kalispell come to Lost Lake, and you can run the rapids of Swan River. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Flathead River for all you adrenaline rush seekers; Econo Lodge Inn & Suites is a magnificent site to get some rest.
The best way
 
   to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Blacktail Mountain; if you need a site to stay Best Western White Oak Grand is a tremendous choice. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a delightful time here at Lost Lake. Why not camp at Edgewater Resort and Campground since you're here at Lost Lake. Not much rain falls here at Lost Lake; most of the rain falls during June, and the driest month of the year is October.
High temperatures at Lost Lake during
 
               the warmest time of the year are in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Lost Lake fall into the 10's.
