    If you like lakes and you're in this part of Montana you can check out Lost Lake. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Lost Lake. Hiking along the Crazy Mountain Trail is brilliant fun, and if you come at the right time of year, Rosebud Creek - West offers some fine whitewater. Take a hike on the Copeland Lake Trail, and you acquire a great sight of Saddleback Mountain from here. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody  
   but if it's for you then we recommend Rosebud Creek - East.
A common amount of rainfall falls here at Lost Lake; the month with most of the rain is June while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Lost Lake is a splendid spot to camp, Emerald Lake Campground is a splendid spot, and Old Crow Agency is a great place to get some rest. So much enjoyable stuff in the Absaroka Range, just impressive. Arch Creek
 
               flows through this area; going for a hike along the Lake Reno Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity.
You're in all probability interested in lakes, Shadow Lake is one of those nearby; after a long day outdoors Cary Inn is a perfect place to spend a night or two. All through the warm months highs here at Lost Lake reach the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 30's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Lost Lake. Lost Lake is one of the lakes here in the Absaroka Range.
Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things in the Absaroka Range. Stay the night at East Rosebud Campground; skiing at Red Lodge Mountain is one of those things you just should do.
