Many people like to go to Lost Coon Lake. The Danny on Memorial National Recreation Trail offers hiking at its best, and you can stay the night at Whitefish RV Park. Take a hike on the Whitefish Divide-Smokey Range National Recreation Trail, and Stillwater River is a great whitewater spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. | | plenty of folks from Kalispell here. Lost Coon Lake gets very little rainfall; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month is October. Throughout the summer here at Lost Coon Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. and Lost Coon Lake is right by the Micho Trail. Spencer Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by; charming scenery and great skiing is what you get at Big Mountain. An afternoon playing golf at Whitefish Lake Golf Club is always
a bliss, and skiing at Blacktail Mountain is one of those things you just should do. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid spot for whitewater paddling next to Lost Coon Lake is Flathead River - Middle Fork, and if you need a
spot to stay Best Western Rocky Mountain Lodge is a brilliant choice. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Lost Coon Lake.
