Don't forget to take a tremendous little tour to Big Creek; a good close by hotel is Rodeway Inn Libby. If you go for the outdoors, you'll love Loon Lake. Stay the night at Pipe Creek Campground; going for a hike on the Crowell Trail is always a great adventure. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Grouse Lake Trail. Kootenai River Camp Ground is a magnificent campground here, and Caboose Motel is a glorious place to get some
rest. Summertime highs at Loon Lake generally tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's. All through the winter highs are ordinarily in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Loon Lake.
