A visit to Lookout Point next to Lomna Lake is always a brilliant idea, and don't leave Lomna Lake without first going for a hike along the Wapiti Creek Trail. Lomna Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Beaver Creek Campground 2 is a great local campground, and there's whitewater on Madison River for all you adrenaline rush seekers. | | sink down into the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Lomna Lake. A great close by hotel is Park Condos; the summit of Pika Point can be observed from Lomna Lake. You absolutely have to have a thing about Lomna Lake. is available along the Wapiti Ridge Trail; you're most likely addicted to lakes, Park Lake is one of those close by. Really wonderful skiing awaits you at Big Sky, and if you've had enough of Lomna Lake, Turquoise Lake is nearby.
This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lomna Lake; Little Wapiti Creek Trail is a great local trail; if you need a location to stay Holiday Inn WEST YELLOWSTONE is a glorious choice. This lake is so wonderful.
You can never get enough of the glorious skiing at Moonlight Basin, and if you came to camp Cabin Creek Campground is a pleasant spot to do that. It is very waterless here at Lomna Lake mostly; June is the month that gets the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture.
