Caruthers Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and going for a hike along the Boulder Lakes Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. This lake is so wonderful. Hit the slopes at Discovery Ski in the vicinity; since you're here you can take a hike along the Long Canyon Trail. Summertime       brings highs in the 80's to Little Goat Lake. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 40's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Little Goat Lake. Little Goat Lake is a great site to visit for more than one day, Lost Creek Campground is a great site to camp nearby, and if you're here, you could also have a look at delightful Goat Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Racetrack Campground is                  a nice local campground, and a pleasant journey to Dempsey Basin is a brilliant way to spend an afternoon. Little Goat Lake is pretty waterless regularly; during June this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is February. Little Goat Lake truly is in the middle of a delightful outdoors paradise.
