     Little Burnt Fork Lakes is always a pleasure to visit. A great spot like Skalkaho Basin here at Little Burnt Fork Lakes is too fine to miss. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Hamilton Inn, and Little Burnt Fork Lakes is right by the Butte Cabin Ridge Trail. Throughout the summertime months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Little Burnt Fork Lakes. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 40's. Highs all through the wintertime are generally  
   in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Little Burnt Fork Lakes.
A quick trip to Falls Creek close to Little Burnt Fork Lakes is a nice idea; Skalkaho Falls is always fun to check out. You definitely should like Little Burnt Fork Lakes. Burnt Fork Dam has tremendous water scenery and it's in close proximity to Little Burnt Fork Lakes, and do take a hike on the Hogback Ridge Trail. There's so much to do here at Little Burnt Fork Lakes
 
               that you need to camp here for a while, Burnt Fork Campground is a pleasant place for that; the Quigg Peak Trail offers hiking at its best.
This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Mud Lake Campground, and in case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rock Creek. At Little Burnt Fork Lakes you don’t see much precipitation; the wettest month of the year is regularly June, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is October.
