At Little Beaver Lake you can observe Lion Mountain; since you're here you can play some golf at Whitefish Lake Golf Club. Around Little Beaver Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; most of the rain falls during June, and October is the month with the least moisture. A brilliant nearby hotel is Grouse Mountain Lodge; get yourself       into a kayak and hit Flathead River - Middle Fork. Big Mountain is a tremendous local ski area, and Little Beaver Lake is right by the Danny on Memorial National Recreation Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Some of the water nearby flows, like Brush Creek, and if you need a site to stay Kristianna Mountain Homes is a pleasant choice. The Whitefish Divide-Smokey Range National Recreation Trail offers hiking at its best; do schedule some time to stop at Brush                  Bay if you have a chance. And if that's not sufficient, there's a load more to do near Little Beaver Lake. You'll meet a lot of people from Kalispell here, and the slopes of Blacktail Mountain are so inviting noone can resist. If only every place had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great globe it would be. Get wet paddling on Stillwater River, and a great site to camp here at Little Beaver Lake is Whitefish RV Park. At Little Beaver Lake all through the warm months highs are in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Little Beaver Lake fall into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
