A splendid place to camp here at Little Beaver Lake is Whitefish RV Park, and get your heart pumping on the magnificent whitewater of Flathead River - Middle Fork. Good hiking is available along the Micho Trail, and you'll hit upon a pretty lake called Dollar Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Really good skiing awaits you at Blacktail Mountain, and if you need a place to stay Grouse Mountain Lodge is a magnificent       choice. Dry warm beds await you at Kristianna Mountain Homes, and there are nice spots to explore along the Whitefish Divide-Smokey Range National Recreation Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Danny on Memorial National Recreation Trail, and let's not forget Brush Creek which is a stream that you may encounter during your stay. Lakes are such peaceful sites, why not stop by Beaver Lake next to Little Beaver Lake, and camping at Les Mason                  Campground is always a nice experience. This is no site for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. The sight of wonderful Lion Mountain near Little Beaver Lake is delightful, and you can never get enough of the good skiing at Big Mountain. Not much precipitation falls here at Little Beaver Lake; June is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is October. Summertime at Little Beaver Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 40's. During the wintertime highs are mostly in the 20's while Little Beaver Lake nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's. That right there is a load already, but it carries on; Little Beaver Lake has it all. An afternoon playing golf at Whitefish Lake Golf Club is always a bliss; do schedule some time to pop by Brush Bay if you have a chance.
