If time allows, Glacier National Park is a national park worth visiting; the top of Lion Hill is easily seen from Lion Lake. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing things in the Lewis Range. Flathead River - Middle Fork is a good whitewater spot near Lion Lake, and the Columbia Mountain Trail is a great hiking trail close by. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Lion Lake is in close proximity, and it's a great idea       to take a look at Abbot Creek. For the period of the long summer days at Lion Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's while overnight lows are generally in the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Lion Lake. Yep, outdoors fun stuff to do are in fact abundant here at Lion Lake. In case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Flathead River - Middle Fork, and some interesting geology is available here, Devils Elbow is right here. Lion Lake is a pleasant lake near Lion Lake, and Bad Rock B&B is a good spot to get some rest. This lake is located in the wonderful Lewis Range. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lion Lake has to offer, you can camp at North Lion Lake Campground, and there is a magnificent hiking trail close by called the Doris Creek Trail.
