If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Pioneer Mountains. Hiking along the Stine Creek Trail is pleasant fun, and camping at Canyon Creek Campground is always a pleasant experience. Lion Lake is located in the Pioneer Mountains. Not much precipitation falls here at Lion Lake; during the month of June you get the most rain around here; February on the other hand is the driest.       Take a hike on the Gold Creek Trail, and Lake Abundance is a brilliant lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. Comfort Inn Dillon is a great place to get some rest, and camping is available at Mono Creek Campground. Have a great hiking adventure along the Driveway Trail, and swing by Lion Creek it's a splendid place to take a look at. During the summer months at Lion Lake highs are ordinarily in the 70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures                  fall down into the 30's. Highs through the winter are regularly in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Lion Lake. Be careful coming to Lion Lake, you might not ever wanna go home again.
