During the summertime months highs here at Lillis Lake reach the 70's with night lows in the 30's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Lillis Lake plunge into the 0's. And that's not all you can do here at Lillis Lake. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Clarks Fork Yellowstone, and going for a hike on the Pilot Creek Trail is always a good       adventure. Just can't get enough of the Absaroka Range. Super 8 Motel Big Timber is a good place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Chief Joseph Campground is a magnificent local campground; don't leave Lillis Lake without first going for a hike along the North Crandall Trail. Why not camp at Fox Creek Campground since you're here at Lillis Lake, and there are brilliant spots to discover along the Crazy Lakes Trail. The Absaroka Range scenery                  is always beautiful. And that's not all the things to do here in the Absaroka Range. Some of the water nearby flows, like Broadwater River, and naturally, this is a tremendous neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Reed Lake is a lake nearby. Lillis Lake gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; the month with most of the rain is June; October is when it's the driest. There's whitewater on Clarks Fork Yellowstone River for all you thrill seekers.
