Go for a hike on the Morrell Falls National Recreation Trail; after a long day outdoors Bridge Street Cottages is a great place to spend a night or two. Lick Lake is not the only place close by, Koessler Lake is a close by lake, and a magnificent place to camp here at Lick Lake is Holland Lake Campground. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff in the Lewis Range. At Lick Lake you can observe       Little Carmine Peak; while you're here why not check out Gordon Pass. This lake is so wonderful. Near Lick Lake you find the Holland Gordon Trail which is a good hiking trail, and camping is available at Rainy Lake Campground. Lick Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most snow, and the driest of the months is July. Lick Lake is one of the lakes here in the Lewis Range. During the days of summer                  here at Lick Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 30's while Lick Lake night low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's. You feel that's enough?
