If you are traveling by, why not stop by Lake Levinsky. After a long day outdoors Arrowhead is a perfect location to spend a night or two. Lake Levinsky gets very little precipitation; the wettest month of the year is commonly May, that's the one that rains the most while February is usually the driest month. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can pop by Big Sky Dam, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Big Sky since you're here. Lake Levinsky is a pleasant site to visit for more than one day, McGill Campground is a pleasant site to camp nearby, and do take a hike on the Wapiti Creek Trail. | |

Get your heart beating on the good whitewater of Gallatin River, and you can stay the night at Elkhorn. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Levinsky; Eldridge Trail is a great local trail, and during your visit here you'll
meet some folks from Bozeman for sure. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll like Lake Levinsky. If you need a place to stay Beaverhead is a wonderful choice. Lakes are good; Beehive Lake is a lake that's near Lake Levinsky.
For the period of the long summer days at Lake Levinsky highs are generally in the 80's, and the night is slightly chillier of course, ordinarily in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Lake Levinsky.
