Lamoose Lake is a good spot of common precipitation; November is when you get the most rain here while July is usually the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Glacier Park Super 8 Motel                  is a great choice, and paddling on Flathead River - Middle Fork is so much fun. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. If you haven’t been to Glacier National Park, you ought to schedule some time for it if you're here, and Lamoose Lake is not the only spot close by, Strawberry Lake is a close by lake. If the weather is nice here at Lamoose Lake, you can go for a hike along the Jimmie Ridge Trail. That right there is a load of fun stuff already but it goes on, the Lewis Range has it all. Bad Rock B&B is a nice spot to get some rest, and the top of Hash Mountain is easily distinguished from Lamoose Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Lost Johnny Campground while you're here at Lamoose Lake; whitewater paddling is tremendous on Swan River. Lamoose Lake is one of the lakes here in the Lewis Range.
