Sure, Hauser Lake is close at hand, and going for a hike along the Backside Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Great Divide is a very popular ski area around here; Lake Helena is a brilliant site to visit for more than one day, Lakeside Resort and Marina is                  a brilliant site to camp nearby. If the weather is great here at Lake Helena, you can go for a hike along the Prospect Shafts Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lake Helena has to offer, you can camp at Coulter Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to nearby Helena Valley Reservoir; dry warm beds await you at Elkhorn Mountain Inn. This lake is so wonderful.
