Do stop by Lake Frances while you're in this part of Montana. Camping at Lake Frances is pleasant fun, Riverview Campground is a pleasant local campground; there's some out of the ordinary stuff to spot at Lake Frances North Dam next to Lake Frances. Gotta ski! Teton Pass is a tremendous location to do that, and after a long day outdoors Lake Francis Inn is a great place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Frances gets very little precipitation; during the month of June you get the most rain around here; February is when it's the driest. For the duration of the warm months, highs generally are in the 70's at Lake Frances while nighttime lows are mostly in the 40's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Lake Frances are in the 0's.
