Lake Fort Peck is always a pleasure to visit. Around Lake Fort Peck you don’t get a lot of rainfall; June is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Duck Creek flows through this area, and Fort Peck Dam is a scenic location, undeniably worth checking out.
At Lake Fort Peck during the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's, and the night is fairly chillier of course, generally in the 50's. The wintertime

| | brings highs down to the 10's, and nighttime lows at Lake Fort Peck during the wintertime usually sink into the 0's. Fort Peck Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit. There's so much to do here at Lake Fort Peck that you need to camp here for a while, Rock Creek Marina is a good location for that. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Fort Peck is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, West End Campground is a wonderful local campground, and a lake nearby is Fort Peck Trout Pond.
