It's always fun to stop by Krone Lake. The Caribou Trail offers hiking at its best. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Krone Lake has to offer, you can camp at Wagons West Campground. At Krone Lake all through the summer highs are in the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 40's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Krone Lake through the wintertime mostly descend into the 10's. Why not

| | take a refreshing hike along the Blacktail Creek Trail; there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Dearborn River. There's great hiking along the West Falls Trail; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Falls Creek. It is very dry here at Krone Lake mostly; the wettest month of the year is generally May, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. has delightful slopes and a friendly staff. There's so much to do here at Krone Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Bean Lake Campground is a pleasant site for that. What a place this is for outdoors folks.
