    It's always fun to stop by Kidney Lake. Stay the night at Beartooth Lake Campground; if you get bored of Kidney Lake you could also explore nearby Ghost Lake. The Absaroka Range scenery is always beautiful. Be careful coming to Kidney Lake, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Don't leave Kidney Lake without first paying a visit to Park Rapids; going for a hike along the Clay Butte Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity.

   temperatures at Kidney Lake during the summertime are in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 30's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's, and night lows at Kidney Lake during the winter frequently drop into the 0's. A lake nearby is Abandoned Lake, and hiking along the Granite Loop Trail is nice fun. And that's not all the things to do here in the Absaroka Range. You can run the rapids of Clarks Fork Yellowstone River next  
               to Kidney Lake; Kidney Lake is right by the Upper Granite Loop Trail.
Just can't get enough of the Absaroka Range. Red Lodge Mountain has tremendous slopes and a friendly staff. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Kidney Lake has to offer, you can camp at Top Of The World Campground, and Clarks Fork Yellowstone River is a perfect whitewater spot close by. The amount of rain that falls at Kidney Lake is close to the national average; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain while October is generally the driest month.
