The Absaroka Range scenery is always beautiful. For the duration of the summertime at Kersey Lake temperatures are regularly in the 70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 30's. Through the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Kersey Lake. A brilliant site for whitewater paddling next to Kersey Lake is Clarks Fork Yellowstone       River, and you can have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Pilot Creek Trail. So many entertaining things in the Absaroka Range, just tremendous. You can run the rapids of Clarks Fork Yellowstone close to Kersey Lake. There are other sites here than Kersey Lake, for example Margaret Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Chief Joseph Campground is a great location to camp. Kersey Lake gets a typical amount of rain; June is when you get the most                  rain here; October meanwhile is the driest month. That right there is a lot already, but it keeps on going; Kersey Lake has it all. Not far from Kersey Lake, you'll locate Lillis Lake which is a beautiful lake, and Broadwater River is close to Kersey Lake and is always a joy to have a look at. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Absaroka Range. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel Big Timber; if you're here you can take a hike along the North Crandall Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
