Man, is there plenty of exciting things to do in the Absaroka Range. If you came for an overnight stay Cedar Hills Campground is a delightful site to camp. What a spot this is for outdoors folks. Camping is available at Old West RV Park and Campground, and there are splendid places to look at along the Black Butte Trail. You truly have to love the Absaroka Range. Going for a hike on the Bozeman Trail is always a tremendous       adventure, and Island Lake is a brilliant lake nearby. High temperatures at Kent Lake through the summer are in the 80's while overnight lows are mostly in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Kent Lake. There are some nice whitewater spots on Rosebud Creek; a short journey to 02S17E15DCAC01 Spring is always worthwhile. Kent Lake is located in the Absaroka Range. If you come                  at the right time of year, Stillwater River offers some great whitewater, and Rosann Rosanna Dana Dam is a spot that is next to Kent Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - Columbus is a delightful choice. Lakes? Sure, Blueball Lake is close at hand.
