    Katoya Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Flinsch Peak is a peak you can see from Katoya Lake, and Bear Creek is a good whitewater spot nearby. Katoya Lake is right by the Pitamakan Pass Trail, and Cut Bank Pass is definitely a tremendous location to check out. Katoya Lake is located in the Lewis Range.
This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Upper Two Medicine Trail is magnificent fun, and Two Medicine Campground is a pleasant campground
 
   nearby. And if that's not sufficient there's plenty more enjoyable things to do in the Lewis Range. So many enjoyable things close to Katoya Lake, truly unbelievable. Glacier National Park is a great location in the neighborhood of Katoya Lake, and the Cut Bank Pass Trail offers hiking at its best.
For the period of the warm days of summer at Katoya Lake temperatures are usually in the 70's, and the night is a little cooler of course, mostly in the 40's.
 
               The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Katoya Lake temperatures dip to the 10's. Just can't get enough of the Lewis Range. If you came for an overnight stay Cut Bank Campground is a pleasant location to camp, and if you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Flathead River - Middle Fork. From a precipitation point of view Katoya Lake is a relatively typical spot; throughout December this area sees the most snow while April is mostly the driest month.
