If you are in this part of Montana make sure to pay a visit to Juncus Lake. Soar down the rapids of Madison River in a kayak, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - West Yellowstone. If you came to camp Beaver Creek Campground 2 is a great location to do that; hiking along the Kirkwood Trail is delightful fun. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is great here at Juncus Lake, you can go for a hike along the Little Wapiti Creek Trail, and Axolotl Lake

and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows at Juncus Lake during the winter frequently plunge into the 10's. Juncus Lake gets very little rain; of all the months
in a year June is the one with the most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. There's so much to do here at Juncus Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Cabin Creek Campground is a glorious
site for that, and if you're here, you could also go to beautiful Minnie Lake. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Juncus Lake. Paddling on Madison River is so much fun, and Forest Creek is near Juncus Lake and is always a bliss to go to.
