This is a tremendous neighborhood for people who like lakes. Cirque Lake is a lake in close proximity, and Jordan Mountain is clearly visible from Jordan Lake. Yep, outdoors fun stuff to do are beyond doubt abundant here at Jordan Lake. Jordan Pass is a perfect spot to look at; going for a hike along the       Lodgepole Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. At Jordan Lake during the warm months highs are in the 80's, and the night is quite chillier of course, frequently in the 50's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 30's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Jordan Lake drop into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Jordan Lake is right by the Republic Trail; you can run the rapids of Boulder River.                  Jordan Lake is located in the Absaroka Range. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the Absaroka Range has to offer. A great close by hotel is Super 8 Big Timber. Hells Canyon Campground is a nice campground nearby; hiking along the Thunderer Cutoff Trail is tremendous fun. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! The Absaroka Range is so good!
