For the duration of the summer here at Jerusalem Lake, high temperatures commonly get into the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; throughout the dark hours in the winter at Jerusalem Lake temperatures descend to the 10's. From a rain point of view Jerusalem Lake is a reasonably common place; of all the months in a year       January is the one with the most snow; the driest month of the year is July. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors entertaining things the area near Jerusalem Lake has to offer. If you need a place to stay Best Western Hamilton Inn is a nice choice. Jerusalem Lake is a beautiful lake in the Bitterroot Range. A glorious spot to camp here at Jerusalem Lake is Little West Fork Campground, and going for a hike along the North Route Of Old Nez Perce Trail                  will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Rombo Creek Campground, and if you're here you can take a hike along the South Route of Old Nez Perce Trail. That right there is plenty of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the Bitterroot Range has it all. Mount Jerusalem is easy to spot from Jerusalem Lake, and on a fine day you can take a hike along the Castle Rock Trail.
