This lake is one of the great places here in the Absaroka Range. It is very dried out here at Jeff Lake ordinarily; throughout May this area sees the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Having a fine time in the Absaroka Range is painless. If you come at the right time of year, Stillwater River offers some good whitewater; a pleasant close by hotel is Super 8 Motel       Big Timber. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Clarks Fork Yellowstone. Lakes are fine; Dick Lake is a lake that's close to Jeff Lake. If you came to camp Soda Butte Campground is a good spot to do that; Chimney Rock is a great location to stop by while in the neighborhood. Yep, outdoors exciting things to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at Jeff Lake. Jeff Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Colter Campground is a delightful local campground,                  and if you're here you can take a hike along the Pilot Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Republic Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. This lake is so wonderful. Lulu Pass is a good spot to explore; at Jeff Lake you can spot Fisher Mountain. But wait, there's more cool stuff to do in the Absaroka Range. You're perhaps into lakes, Star Dust Lake is one of those nearby; on a brilliant day you can take a hike along the North Crandall Trail. Throughout the summertime at Jeff Lake temperatures are commonly in the 70's with night lows in the 30's.
