Why not take a refreshing hike along the Stoney Indian Pass Trail, and Campbell Mountain is gorgeous and can be spotted from here. Why not camp at Sprague Creek Campground while you're here at Lake Janet; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby Shaheeya Lake. Lake Janet is ordinarily a quite dehydrated site; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow, and April is when it's the       driest. Summer at Lake Janet arrives with high temperatures in the 70's while night lows are ordinarily in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Lake Janet through the winter frequently sink into the 0's. This lake is one of the great places here in the Lewis Range. This lake is so wonderful. A nice site to camp here at Lake Janet is Avalanche Campground, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Janet; North Boundary                  Trail is a tremendous local trail. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. If you need a site to stay Belton Chalet is a tremendous choice. You just must like the Lewis Range.
