Sure, Princess Lake is near Island Lake, and after a long day outdoors Super 8 Big Timber is a brilliant spot to spend a night or two. If only every site had this much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great earth it would be. There are pleasant places to discover along the Crazy Lakes Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Emerald Lake Campground is a magnificent spot to camp. Island Lake is a beautiful lake in the Absaroka Range. So       many enjoyable things in the Absaroka Range, just mind-boggling. There is a great hiking trail close to Island Lake called the Crazy Mountain Trail, and whitewater paddling is fine on Rosebud Creek - West. Island Lake is a good place of common precipitation; June is the wettest month with most rain; October on the other hand is the driest. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Absaroka Range. Huckleberry Creek flows through this neighborhood.                  This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Lake Reno Trail is always a great adventure; get covered with water paddling on Stillwater River. Why not camp at Woodbine Campground while you're here at Island Lake, and you're probably into lakes, Snowball Lakes is one of those nearby. During the summertime highs here at Island Lake get into the 70's. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 30's.
