Ingomar Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. And if that's not enough there's a lot more enjoyable stuff to do in the Bitterroot Range. Throughout the long summer days, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Ingomar Lake. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 40's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Ingomar Lake. Get your heart beating on the brilliant whitewater of White Sand

Just can't get enough of the Bitterroot Range. Camping at Ingomar Lake is nice fun, Schumaker Campground is a nice local campground, and hiking along the Trapper Peak Trail is splendid fun. The annual precipitation here at Ingomar Lake is about average; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow, and July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is one of the great places here in the Bitterroot Range. This lake is so wonderful. Ingomar Lake is a good place to camp, Bear Creek
Pass Campground is a good place, and Ingomar Lake is right by the Ward Mountain Trail. Man, is there a load of entertaining things to do near Ingomar Lake. If you need a place to stay Angler's Lodge is a magnificent choice, and you can run the rapids of Big Sand Creek.
