In Montana there are many beautiful lakes, Hyalite Reservoir is one of them. Here at Hyalite Reservoir you'll most likely meet some people from Bozeman. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Yellowstone River, and why not a little side visit to Blackmore Creek. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Hyalite Reservoir; Red Rock Trail is a pleasant local trail, and Middle Creek Dam is a pretty

| | spot. There's whitewater on Gallatin River for all you thrill seekers, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Pole Gulch Trail. Hyalite Reservoir is pretty waterless regularly; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. to camp here for a while, Blackmore Campground is a tremendous place for that. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Bridger Bowl; after a long day outdoors Bozeman - Days Inn is a brilliant location to
spend a night or two. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Hyalite Reservoir. You're possibly interested in lakes, Crescent Lake is one of those close by, and Comfort Inn Bozeman is a glorious location to get
some rest. Through the summer highs here at Hyalite Reservoir get into the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's with winter lows in
the 10's overnight here at Hyalite Reservoir. If you came to camp Palace Butte Campground is a glorious site to do that, and while you're here at Hyalite Reservoir, checking out History Rock is a must.

Bridger Bowl
 | 16 miles away 12 PHOTOS Bridger Bowl offers a very diverse ski experience with the following ratings: 20% beginner, 30% intermediate, 20% advance and 30% extreme. Incredible expert only skiing is available off Bridger's new Schlasman's Chairlift and on the renowned ''Ridge.'' Skiers and snowboarders who wish to ride the new lift or access this terrain, collectively known as Ridge Terrain, must have an avalanche transceiver (457 kHz). It is strongly recommended to have a partner, a shovel and expert skiing abilities in addition to knowledge of the terrain before venturing into the area which will have no hazard markings, no grooming and no marked trails. Ridge Terrain contains numerous steep chutes, rock cliffs, and snowfields which may end in unmarked cliffs.
