On a good day at Hunters Reservoir you can take a hike along the Miller Trail, and if you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - Powell is a magnificent choice. Be careful coming to Hunters Reservoir, you might not ever wanna return back       home again. Depression Reservoir is a good lake close to Hunters Reservoir; Yodeler Motel is a good location to get some rest. Summer at Hunters Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 30's; after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Hunters Reservoir descend into the 10's.
