Yeah, come here to Hungry Horse Reservoir for a wonderful time. People from Kalispell love to come to Hungry Horse Reservoir. Hungry Horse Reservoir gets a common amount of precipitation; November is when       you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is July. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Alpine Trail is tremendous fun, and some of the water close by flows, like Alpha Creek. For the period of the warm days of summer at Hungry Horse Reservoir temperatures are generally in the 80's while night lows are frequently in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures                  at Hungry Horse Reservoir drop into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Hungry Horse Reservoir is right by the Doris Creek Trail, and whitewater paddling is great on Flathead River - Middle Fork. If you're here at Hungry Horse Reservoir, do take a tour to Abbot Bay. There's so much to do here at Hungry Horse Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, South Lion Lake Campground is a delightful spot for that. This lake is located in the wonderful Lewis Range. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Columbia Mountain Trail, and Hungry Horse Reservoir is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, North Lion Lake Campground is a tremendous local campground. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Lewis Range. A stunning lake like Beta Lake in the neighborhood of Hungry Horse Reservoir is a pleasant place to pop by, and the peak of Lion Hill can be spotted from Hungry Horse Reservoir. So many cool things to do in the Lewis Range, not enough time. Glacier National Park is one of the destinations close to Hungry Horse Reservoir that are perfect to go to; you must unquestionably stop by Devils Elbow during your stay.
