This lake is so wonderful. Here at Howes Lakes you can distinguish Split Mountain, and you can run the rapids of Two Medicine River. So many fun things to do here in the Lewis Range, too glorious to be true. If you came for an overnight stay Cave Mountain Campground is a wonderful site to camp, and there is a wonderful hiking       trail nearby called the West Fork Jones Creek National Recreation Trail. Howes Lakes is close to Fish Lake Dam which is a gorgeous place positively worth checking out; you can go for a hike on the Bowl Divide Trail. If you need a place to stay Super 8 Cut Bank is a great choice, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at nearby Waddel Lakes. This lake is located in the wonderful Lewis Range. Man, is there loads of entertaining                  stuff to do in the Lewis Range. Why not camp at West Fork Campground while you're here at Howes Lakes, and don't forget to take a brilliant little tour to Fish Creek. This lake is so wonderful. If only every site had this much outdoors exciting things, what a great globe it would be. Going for a hike on the Jones Creek National Recreation Trail is always a delightful adventure, and not far from Howes Lakes you'll discover Deep Lake which is a beautiful lake. All through the summertime months highs here at Howes Lakes get into the 70's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 40's.
